Damaged items: Notification to christina@rustichandmadesgifts.com to be sent no later than 48 hours from date of delivery. Please enclose photographs of any damage along with photographs of the packaging. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to purchaser.

Returns: Returns accepted within 7 days of date of delivery. Notification should be sent to christina@rustichandmadesgifts.com as soon as possible.

Return costs are to be covered by purchaser.

Once the item(s) have been received in saleable condition, a full refund for the item(s) will be processed within 48 hours. An email notification will be sent as soon as this refund has been authorised.
